Please note: Vouchers are downloadable via a clickable link on the confirmation screen or within your email confirmation after payment. You can only click the voucher download link once, so please ensure you can save or print the voucher before clicking. Please book your appointment online after purchasing your voucher. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Services are valid up to Team Director level only and are not available with the Creative Director. We do not offer services on wigs or hair extensions. A cancellation policy applies: a minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice are subject to a £10 fee. No-shows will result in the full value of the voucher being charged. Toning and/or blow dry services may be carried out by an assistant or graduate stylist. No other discounts or offers apply.
